Atelier in Mirbach Palace

During GMB’s opening hours, you can spend creative time in our atelier on the ground floor of the Mirbach Palace and immerse yourself in making art through a variety of activities prepared on the tables. You can explore kinetic sand, create an ornament using contemporary materials, or leave your mark in the artistic visitor’s book. The Atelier is also a great place to pass the time while in the city — it is a nice space with beanbags and a small library.

The Atelier has been prepared for you by gallery educators Ludmila Hrachovinová, Vendy Kováčová, and Judita Šályová.

It is wheelchair-accessible, and instructions are available in both Slovak and English. The ground floor of the Mirbach Palace is free to visit, and you can also stop by the Ex Libris bookstore ↗, the Infopoint of the City of Bratislava Art Project, or Emil Café ↗, which are located next to the Atelier.
